Grits has been researching a similar story- coming soon - related to bail bond forfeitures in Smith County, but in the meantime Krause and Timms seem to have dotted all their i's on this one.There's little identifiable benefit to eschewing bond forfeitures for anyone but the bail bond industry itself.  [read post]
